Jadwiga Zurad is working as project manager at ZNU and responsible for the area coaching & professional education. She started her cooperation with ZNU in 2009 as a scholarship holder of the German Federal Foundation for the Environment (DBU), and at that time she helped to develop the ZNU Sustainability Check. The focus of her work today is the development and implementation of innovative coaching and professional education measures in the fields of sustainable corporate management, development of leadership personalities, organisational learning, personnel development and management of change. On a part-time basis, Jadwiga has completed a CTI Coach Training accredited according to the standards of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). During her studies at the University of Science & Technology in Krakow, which Jadwiga completed in 2008 with an M.Sc.Eng. in environmental engineering as the best in her class, she attended further courses at the University of Florida, Karl-Franzens-University Graz and Yale University. She has received numerous scholarships and awards for young scientists, including the prestigious award of the German Federal Foundation for the Environment (DBU). Since 2006 Jadwiga has worked in multicultural teams of think tanks such as the UNEP Collaborating Centre on Sustainable Consumption and Production (CSCP), the Centre for Systems Solutions (CRS), the Sendzimir Foundation and the Business Park Zawila.
